Written by the step-brother of Jesus c. 60 – 95 AD as a 'Letter to to all Christians.' He urges his readers then and us today, to defend the teaching of Jesus and to remember the words of the apostles.
From it we are warned against heresy.
"But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keeping yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.” (Jude 20-21)
