Once again my dearest friends we find ourselves attempting to worship our dear Lord, Jesus, while yet separated from each other. There has certainly never in the history of the church as odd as these times. It is also certain that now is the time when our faith is tested to the greatest of lengths. My faith is stronger that ever before. It seems to me that I am relying more on God today that I ever have before, for I know that I am absolutely powerless on my own. Maybe that is what God is doing, ensuring that we are powerless so that we rely on Him alone.
Today, as in the past two weeks, I am enclosing the YouTube link to the video, a Word document with the text of the sermon, and a Google doc with the text of the sermon. I believe everyone will be able to access the materials.
Next Sunday is Easter Sunday. As most of you know, it was supposed to be my last Sunday at Narrows Community Church. With these uncommon times and circumstances, I may continue doing these video sermons until either another pastor is found, or until the church begins to congregate again. I know that the church board is actively pursuing available options, and it is entirely possible that their search efforts will come to fruition very soon. When that does happen, I will be making once last video as a way of saying goodbye to you all.
Just know this, I love you all.
God Bless You
Pastor Stanley
