Just take a small piece of bread, pause and remember that it represents the body of Christ, broken for us - eat it in remembrance of Him.
Then, take a small amount of juice or wine and remember that it represents the blood of Christ, shed for us for the forgiveness of our sins - drink it in remembrance of Him.

Message: 8 Words
The first two . . . Accept God. What does this mean to you? For me it is to embrace God our Father in Heaven; to embrace Jesus His Son our Savior; and to embrace God's Holy Spirit our Counselor. Would you agree or think there are other way on how best to accept God?
And remember Second Cor. 13-14 "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."
The second two . . . Fear God. What does this mean to you? For me it is to avoid sins as best If I do sin, to repent and to know that for me to grow in faith, I may have to sacrifice something for my faith. Would you agree to those or is there a different way to look at and to fear God?
And we remember Proverbs 3:7 "Do not be wise in you own eyes, fear the Lord and shun evil."
The third two . . . Praise God. What does this mean to you? For me it is to praise Him in my actions (my thoughts, words and deeds); in my prayers and in my worship of Him (He is an awesome God). Would you agree with that framework is is there a better way to praise God?
And in thinking on this, we remember Daniel 2:20 "Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are His."
The fourth and final two . . . Trust God. What does this men to you? For me it is to be excited about what He has planned for me, to be patient because what He wants for me may take some time to unfold, and to be thankful for His blessing. Would you agree with these or is there a better way to trust God?
And don't forget Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding."
