We all know that challenges will unfold in many different ways. We may then struggle with how best to respond (do we let things go, do we challenge them, do we take a different path, etc). Those challenges are never easy but if we take our challenges, our requests to God in prayer, He will respond as He deems best. Sometimes there will be a delayed response, sometimes His answer may be no or later or something you did not expect. Stay in prayer and trust God in all things. |

Whatever you’re facing this Thanksgiving Day, in the midst of all of it, may we remember again that God gives us the opportunity each and every day, to give worship and thanks to Him. Every morning He gives us breath, is His invitation to come joyfully into His Presence. He reminds us that He alone is God and we belong to Him. He assures us that His plans in our lives are for good, that His love covers us securely, and His faithfulness extends from generation to generation.
“Thought for the Day” No matter what, God’s given us so many reasons to choose thankfulness and joy this day. Jesus is not only equal to God, He is God as the visible image of the invisible God, He is the exact representation of God. He not only reflects God, but He reveals God to us as supreme over all creation.
He came from heaven, not from the dust of the earth and He is Lord of all. He is completely holy and He has authority to judge the world, He is supreme over all creation, including the spirit world. Believers must believe in the deity of Jesus Christ (that Jesus is God) or our Christian faith is hollow, and meaningless. And as the week ahead unfolds - we remember: We can have peace with God and be reconciled to Him by accepting Christ, who died in our place. Christ’s death cleared away the sin that keeps us from having a right relationship with our creator.
